Villa Information

Chez Nicole is a Villa located on Praia Rasa, a very calm beach in Buzios.

It is situated on 3,000 square meters of ground space with 55 square meters of beach front. Offering almost 10,000 square feet of indoor living space, plus a patio and a caretakers home adjacent. With 6 extremely large and spacious bedrooms. 5 of which offer direct ocean view.

From the large entrance gate at street level you will find a large parking area for up to 8 vehicles.

To the right is the caretaker’s house. Followed by a large entrance door that opens onto a patio with a tropical garden.

On the First Floor there is a winter living room with fireplace, summer living room, and a very large dining room, all of which are ocean front. Guest bathroom.

Within the patio area of 300 square meters is connected a well equipped gourmet kitchen.

There is also a large laundry room with washer and dryer. A separate office with Internet. Another guest bathroom and the staff changing room.

Also on the First Floor there are 3 guest bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, and ensuite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is located pool side.

There is a separate door with access to the beach.

On the Second Floor you will find the Master Suite with 85 square meters in size a large bedroom ocean front, a dressing room and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi over a wooden deck, air condition and 2 balconies.

Opposite to the Master Suite you will find 2 other bedrooms, each with 80 square meters in size, both with ensuite bathrooms, air condition and 2 balconies. All 3 bedrooms upstairs have wood floors.

There is a large wooden deck of 140 square meters surrounding the pool and a barbecue area. As well as outdoor bathrooms.

On the grounds there is over 850 square meters of exotic garden.

Amenities include: TV, DVD, Intenet WiFi and Ipod.

The construction of the villa was made with European norms and it was supervised by a French architect, it was built in 2006. Constructed in ways to avoid electrical problems, humidity and also hydraulic problems that are common in Brazil. There is a water purification system to reuse the rain water, all the water has a filtering system. There are alarms inside and outside the house.

Located on Praia Rasa – One of the longest beaches of Búzios. 10 Minutes Drive to Town Center. Praia Rasa offers the warmest water with very few houses, very private and calm. It faces 3 beautiful islands that one can visit by boat.

Buzios is located 160 km from Rio De Janiero. Known as the Beverly Hills or St Tropez of Brazil, offering 21 beautiful beaches situated in various peninsulas. As well as several restaurants and amazing night life. This is one of the most famous beach areas in all of Brazil.
