Cancelations

Cancelations made 60 days prior to arrival are subjected to 25% of the cost of the full rental agreement. 59 days to no show are charged a 100% penalty. Please notify us by writing of any cancelations prior those dates. If you do not get a confirmation back from us, please call the office on one of the numbers listed above.

Holidays Cancelations

If your reservation was made for High Holidays dates, like Christmas, New Year’s and Carnaval, and a cancelation is requested 90 days prior the arrival date, 25% of the cost of the full rental will be charged into the guest’s account. For 90 days or less, a full charge of 100% will be made, since those are highly requested dates.

Special Events Cancelations

The same rule above applies to special events, like the World Cup 2014 and The Olympic Games 2016 to be held in Rio de Janeiro. If the cancelation is requested 90 days prior the arrival date, 25% of the cost of the full rental will be charged into the guest’s account. For 90 days or less, a full charge of 100% will be made.
